All ticket purchases are final. Brunswick Music Festival only offers refunds under the following circumstances:

• The show is canceled
• The headline act cancels
• The venue or date change

We will be in touch to arrange refunds should any of these circumstances take place.

COVID-19 Policy

All Patrons will be refunded their tickets if they have evidence of a positive COVID-test or confirmation as a close contact and thus required to isolate.

In line with the current public health advice, all staff, artists, and patrons 12 years and over will need to show full COVID-19 vaccination status as a condition of entry to all Brunswick Music Festival events. 

Brunswick Music Festival has the right to refuse entry to someone who cannot or will not show proof of vaccination or a valid exemption. 

If you have purchased tickets to an event and then find you are unable to attend due to the vaccination rules regulations, you are not entitled to a refund.
